who IS this guy?

Jack Ziesemer is an independent noise-maker from Indianapolis. They are currently promoting their new extended play Dual Cardioid and their fourth album Circulus. It was fully recorded in basements, bedrooms, and living rooms with no professional intervention. They also are in a band with Hunter Kelley, Broderick Walters, and Jasper Bell, which is called New Disaster, and have recently worked with the phenomenal Indianapolis band Vega on a [split single]. Currently, they are writing an artist bio in a web design program, in the third person.Ziesemer is pronounced Zee-smur... I think.Oh yeah, email me at [email protected] for questions/booking/info! I reply fairly quick most of the time.

what's nu?

Four albums in, Jack's released his first ever EP of original music, titled Dual Cardioid, which is available now! Featuring the promotional single "Dusted", this EP consists of a more lo-fi/dreamy sound in comparison to their last album, Circulus. Give it a spin here!

A few new Indianapolis shows announced with the phenomenal group Vega. See upcoming and past bookings here!

On October 2nd, Jack and Indianapolis band Vega put out a split single. Two songs, the Max Adams penned jangle pop tune "Treason and I" and Jack Ziesemer's noisy grunge track "Endless Dreaming". Pick it up at Vega's Bandcamp here.

Recently, Jack released their fourth full-length studio LP "Circulus". Featuring influences ranging from the Beta Band, to Elliott Smith, to Yes, to Uncle Tupelo, it's hard to argue this isn't their most eclectic work yet. Available now. Listen to it here!

Jack was recently featured in their first EVER press interview in an issue of the Indianapolis Business Journal along with DJ BK. Read it here!
